Massage / Bodywork
I offer a wide range of massage styles and services. From a relaxing Swedish Massage to Deep Tissue, Abdominal Massage, and Thai Yoga Massage. Some forms are more relaxing, others combine therapeutic stretching and rhythmic, deep-tissue compression. All massages result in a comprehensive full body treatment that relieves muscular tension, improves circulation, and boosts the immune system.

In JourneyDance we create a sacred space to explore body image issues (and any other clutter in your mind) while journeying towards self-healing and personal transformation. We explore the dynamic and integrative processes of body, breath and sound, using meditation, yoga, and ... dance. We listen with our hearts wide open as we sweat ourselves free and come home to our true self. Experience authentic movement, connect with your inner wisdom and cultivate body trust, respect, and love.
